DIRECTIONAL NOTE 

From Hereford take the A49 heading towards Leominster passing over Dinmore Hill and at the Marlbrook roundabout take the second exit continuing on the A49 and bypassing Leominster. At the next roundabout proceed straight over continuing on the A49 towards Shrewsbury. At the next roundabout on the edge of Leominster turn right continuing on the A49 towards Shrewsbury. TERMS OF TENANCY 

RENT  

Rent is payable monthly in advance on the first day of each calendar month.  

SERVICES  

The Tenant(s) will be responsible for payment of water, drainage, gas, electricity and council tax as applicable.  

DEPOSIT  

The deposit is calculated as an equivalent of 5 weeks' rent.
